Library Access Services
Services for students with disabilities at all Chemeketa locations are coordinated and provided through the Student Accessibility Services office.
The Library (Building 9, Salem campus) offers carrels and workstations adjusted to a height which accommodates most wheelchairs. Some "extra-high" stations are available. The Library Instruction Room has adjustable keyboard trays.

Do you have enlarging equipment for the visually impaired?
A machine for enlarging the text of printed material for reading is available in the library on the Salem campus. (No accommodation letter is required.)

What Is Available for Students Who Need Dimmer Or Quieter Environments?
The Library Instruction Room (Room 240) is available to students when it is not being used for classes or meetings. It has lighting controls available.
The library has three Zones, including a quiet zone. When you reserve a study room, you can reserve by zone.
