Enrolled students and employees are welcome to use thevirtuaal Student Computer Center to get help with eLearn, Google apps, Microsoft Office, login help and more. Tutoring is also available on a variety of software programs used in Chemeketa courses. You can book an appointment for computer support. Same day appointments are usually available.

Do you have computers for students to check out?
Yes. Chemeketa has netbooks, Chromebooks, and laptop computers to check out. You can pick up or return computers at one of four locations:
- Salem Campus
- Yamhill Valley Campus
- Polk Center
- Woodburn Center

Does Chemeketa haveWi-Fi for student use?
Yes. Wi-Fi has been extended to specific areas of the parking lot at five college locations (Salem campus, Yamhill Valley campus, Woodburn center, Polk center, and Brooks center) and can be used by students staying in their cars and maintaining social distancing.
Your public library may also have public computers and/or wifi access.

Computer tutors and Instructional Assistants can help with many applications used at Chemeketa and with Elearn.
Help with Microsoft Office, Computer Network Administration, Java, C++, HTML, CSS, and WordPress is also available through Etutoring. To use it, go to the Chemeketa Single Sign On Portal and click Etutoring. You will see a link to subjects and times of availability.
Can Students Get Office 365?
Yes. Office 365 is available free of charge to students.
